Infrastructure Development. MIDA and Hideout agree to cooperate and coordinate with each other so that Infrastructure, defined below, crossing between and/or intended to serve the Hideout Zone and the balance of the MRF Project Area and other areas of Hideout adjacent to the MRF Project Area are designed and installed so as to work to the betterment of both areas; provided, however, that Hideout will not be obligated to assume any liability, costs, or expenses of any sort for portions of any Infrastructure outside the Hideout Zone unless constructed or owned by Hideout. In the event of any disagreement between Hideout and MIDA over the location, scope, or other coordination details of such Infrastructure crossing between land in the Hideout Zone and land in the balance of the MRF Project Area or land adjacent to the MRF Project Area, the joint decision of Hideout Mayor and the MIDA Executive Director shall control.
Infrastructure Development. 1. Construction and upgradation of rural water supply schemes in about 3,000 habitations in Punjab which are not covered or are only partially covered by such schemes. 2. Carrying out a program aimed at achieving sustained quality improvements in rural water supply services, consisting of: (a) the provision of goods and works to support the upgradation of existing single village and multi village rural water supply schemes, including the provision and installation of bulk water meters in multi-village water supply schemes and the establishment of a district level contingency fund; and (b) the pilot testing of innovative water treatment technologies related to reverse osmosis, defloridation plants, and portable water treatment plants. 3. Provision of goods and works to support the construction or upgradation of community sanitation schemes, including the upgradation of village drains and rehabilitation of village ponds in about 1,000 selected habitations, and the construction of small bore sewers/sewerage schemes in about 100 selected habitations.
Infrastructure Development. A construction agreement shall be executed between Party “A” & Party “B” for infrastructure development as per PEC/FIDIC guidelines. That Party ‘B’ shall be obligated to undertake infrastructure development of the housing scheme as per the approved layout plan and services design, in accordance with local/municipal bye laws and standards of concerned development authority, by a contractor/firm/agency of adequate / requisite financial and technical profile as per PEC/FIDIC guidelines. All bids in respect of design, engineering, construction / supervision would be invited by Party ‘B’ and submitted to Party ‘A’ alongwith detail analysis / comparative statement for its concurrence / final approval. Party ‘B’ will follow PEC rules / guidelines and will use PEC prescribed documents for award of development works including FIDIC / PEC construction agreement. The infrastructure will also be in conformity to required parameters as notified by the concerned municipal authority / utility organization. iii. Storm water disposal with required gradient as per soil condition in open shall be ensured with mechanism to stop bulk flow during heavy rain / flood season. iv. The laying of main sewerage lines for the scheme up to Sewerage Treatment Plant of Party A in conformity with EPA/ PEPA etc. requirements. v. The laying of underground electrification network (if Topography permits) with street lights from grid station of party A within scheme area shall be established through relevant authority e.g. IESCO etc. following their prevailing standards. vi. The laying of main Sui Gas lines shall be ensured as per number of plots and/ or apartment/ flat units. vii. The laying of main water supply line, development/installation of tube ▇▇▇▇▇ with provision of under-ground water tank and overhead tank both with required capacity as per number of plots and/ or apartment/ flat units. viii. Connection / design for main supply of electricity, sui gas and other related approvals etc from concerned authorities shall be obtained from concerned department with related fees / securities / duties etc by party A. Infrastructure Development. Service Provider agrees to make all necessary improvements and developments to the Premises to accommodate the Second Pod Mining Equipment, Third Pod Mining Equipment and Fourth Pod Mining Equipment, including all necessary cable, electrical, transformers and other infrastructure to enable the Second Pod Mining Equipment, Third Pod Mining Equipment and Fourth Pod Mining Equipment to operate in accordance with the requirements in Section 1.2 (the “Infrastructure Development”) as follows: (a) Service Provider agrees to use commercially reasonable best efforts to complete the Infrastructure Development as promptly as practicable and provide Customer periodic updates as to progress toward completion of the Infrastructure Development; (b) Within 5 business days of receiving the Infrastructure Investment, Service Provider shall order all transformers, power distribution units, panels, breakers and switch gear required for the Infrastructure Development and shall promptly send confirmation of same to Customer; (c) Within 5 business days of receiving the Infrastructure Investment, Service Provider shall commence work on preparing the Premises to accommodate the Second Pod Mining Equipment, Third Pod Mining Equipment and Fourth Pod Mining Equipment; (d) Service Provider shall complete its improvement and development within 45 (forty-five) days of Service Provider’s receipt of the transformers, power distribution units and switch gear ordered pursuant to Subsection (b) of this paragraph (the “Planned Development Date”); (e) Upon completion of the Infrastructure Development of each Pod Installation in accordance with this Section, Service Provider will provide to Customer a written notice certifying that the Infrastructure Development for that pod is complete and attaching invoices for vendor and other costs in connection with the Infrastructure Development (together, and for each respective pod, the “Completion Notice”); provided, however, that immaterial developmental items that would not impair Service Provider’s ability to fully perform its obligations under this Agreement can be completed by a commercially reasonable time that follows the Planned Development Date and shall not delay the delivery to Customer of the Completion Notice.
