Inhaled Collaboration Term. The term of the Inhaled Collaboration (the “Inhaled Collaboration Term”) shall commence on the Effective Date and expire upon completion of all Inhaled Plans, including any Additional Inhaled Plan(s), as determined by the JSC.” 9.
