The Administrative Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent in the case of Eurodollar Advances irrevocable notice by telephone not later than 11:00 a.m. (Atlanta, Georgia time) three (3) days prior to the date of such Eurodollar Advance and shall immediately confirm any such telephone notice with a written Request for Advance; provided, however, that the failure by the Administrative Borrower to confirm any notice by telephone with a written Request for Advance shall not invalidate any notice so given.
