Initial Application. For ALEC Inc., or ALEC Inc.,’s Guest(s) initial equipment placement, ALEC Inc., shall submit to BellSouth a Physical Expanded Interconnection Application Document (“Application”). The Application is Bona Fide when it is complete and accurate, meaning that all required fields on the application are completed with the appropriate type of information. An application fee will apply.
