Initial Application. For ALEC Inc., or ALEC Inc.,’s Guest(s) equipment placement, ALEC Inc., shall submit to BellSouth an Application. The Application is Bona Fide when it is complete and accurate, meaning that all required fields on the Application are completed with the appropriate type of information. Prior to submitting the application, CLLI information can be obtained in the manner set forth in Section 2. An Application Fee will apply.
