Common use of Initial Board Clause in Contracts

Dell will serve as the initial Chairman of the Board for the initial term, in accordance with the Organizational Documents of the Company, after which the Chairman of the Board shall be determined in accordance with this Section 3.1 and in accordance with the Organizational Documents of the Company.
