Common use of Initial Closing Date Conveyances Clause in Contracts

Initial Closing Date Conveyances. On the Closing Date, the Transferor will, pursuant to an assignment in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A-1 (the “Initial PSA Assignment”), convey, transfer, assign, and set over to the Issuer all of the Specified Assets acquired by the Transferor on the Closing Date pursuant to the Purchase Agreement.
