Initial Collaboration Targets. As of the Effective Date the Parties have agreed to include the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Schedule 1.47 as Collaboration Targets under this Agreement.

Initial Collaboration Targets. (i) Licensee may select up to three (3) Collaboration Targets. (ii) If Licensee selects a first Collaboration Target, then Licensee will select the first Collaboration Target within ***** after the expiration of the AST-005 Option Exercise Period; provided, however, that Licensee shall not have the right to select any target as a first Collaboration Target that Licensor and/or its Affiliate has advanced in its own internal research activities beyond Stage 1 (or the equivalent thereof), unless Licensee provides funding to Licensor to reimburse the research and development expenses of Licensor and/or its Affiliate up to such stage and also makes payment of the milestone payments that would have been applicable if such target were included as a first Collaboration Target, but in no event shall Licensee have the right to select any target as a Collaboration Target that Licensor and/or its Affiliate has advanced beyond Stage 2 (or the equivalent thereof). Initial Collaboration Targets. The Parties shall initially collaborate on the Collaboration Targets. Promptly following the Effective Date, MRT will initiate the Research Plan for each of the Collaboration Targets.

Initial Collaboration Targets. The Immunology Collaboration Targets and Oncology Collaboration Targets listed in Schedule 3.2.1 (Initial Collaboration Targets) are the Collaboration Targets as of the Effective Date (each, an “Initial Collaboration Target”). With respect to each Initial Collaboration Target that is an Immunology Collaboration Target, (a) (i) [***] that are the Secondary Targets for the Initial Collaboration Target [***] as of the Effective Date are listed in Schedule 3.2.1 (Initial Collaboration Targets), and (ii) [***] Secondary Targets that are the Secondary Targets for each other Initial Collaboration Target as of the Effective Date are listed in Schedule 3.2.1 (Initial Collaboration Targets) and (b) the [***] Secondary Target for each such Initial Collaboration Target (each an “Additional Initial Secondary Target”) shall be identified and selected by the applicable JRC on or before the first (1st) anniversary of the Effective Date (“Additional Initial Secondary Target Selection Period”) for inclusion as a Secondary Target in the applicable Research Plan, pursuant and subject to the processes set forth herein, including Sections 3.3 (Gatekeeping) and 3.5.3 (Amendments to Research Plans).

Initial Collaboration Targets. Exhibit A identifies the initial Targets agreed by the Parties as of the Effective Date for the Research Program (the “Initial Collaboration Targets”).

Initial Collaboration Targets. The Parties agree that, as of the Amendment Date, there are nine (9) initial Collaboration Targets as set forth on Schedule 2.4(a) (the “Initial Collaboration Targets”).

Initial Collaboration Targets. Prior to the Effective Date, Chimera and GSK mutually agreed on those protein degradation Targets identified on Exhibit A attached hereto (the “Initial Collaboration Targets”) for research. Chimera and GSK further agree that all activities undertaken under the Prior MTA on those protein degradation Targets identified on Exhibit A will be deemed to be part of the Research Collaboration and notwithstanding the performance of research prior to the Effective Date, will be deemed as research activities undertaken during a Research Collaboration Term.

Initial Collaboration Targets. The three (3) Targets listed in Schedule 2.2.1 are each Collaboration Targets on the Effective Date (each, an “Initial Collaboration Target”).
