Initial Collateral Agent. The role of Collateral Agent hereunder and under the other Transaction Documents to which the Collateral Agent is a party shall be conducted by the Person designated as Collateral Agent hereunder from time to time in accordance with this Section 7.1. Until the Administrative Agent shall give to Wilmington Trust, National Association a Collateral Agent Termination Notice, Wilmington Trust, National Association is hereby appointed as, and hereby accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties and obligations of, Collateral Agent pursuant to the terms hereof.
