Common use of Initial Compensation Clause in Contracts

Initial Compensation. Within thirty (30) calendar days of the issuance of any building permit for the Project, Applicant shall make a one-time initial payment to County in the amount of Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500,000.00) (“Initial Compensation”). The Initial Compensation shall be used as the County sees fit to support Fire Authority capabilities and services to the Project and the southeast portion of CSA 135.
