Common use of Initial details Clause in Contracts

Initial details. The addresses and numbers for service are initially: (a) for the Seller, those set out in the Seller’s Address in the Reference Schedule; (b) for the Buyer, those set out in the Buyer’s Address in the Reference Schedule; and (c) for the Guarantor, those set out in the Guarantor’s Address in the Reference Schedule.
