Initial Effort. The Parties agree that the DIR Data Center Services Manager and the Service Provider Account Manager shall attempt in good faith to resolve all disputes (other than those described in Section 19.1(e) or 20.8). In the event the DIR Data Center Services Manager and the Service Provider Account Manager are unable to resolve a dispute in an amount of time that either Party deems reasonable under the circumstances, such Party may refer the dispute for resolution to the senior executives specified in Section 19.1(b) below upon notice to the other Party.
