Initial Fee Schedule Sample Clauses

The Initial Fee Schedule clause defines the specific fees and payment terms that apply at the outset of an agreement. It typically outlines the amounts due, the timing of payments, and the services or deliverables covered by these initial fees. By clearly establishing the financial obligations at the beginning of the contract, this clause ensures both parties understand their upfront commitments and helps prevent disputes over early-stage payments.
