Initial Filing and Grievance Committee Review Clause Samples

The Initial Filing and Grievance Committee Review clause establishes the process for submitting and evaluating grievances within an organization or agreement. It typically requires that any party wishing to raise a complaint must first file a formal grievance, which is then reviewed by a designated committee to determine its validity and whether further action is warranted. This clause ensures that disputes are addressed in an organized and systematic manner, providing a clear first step in the resolution process and helping to filter out unfounded or premature claims.
