Common use of INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT. All entering and current Students for Fall must remit a $200 Initial Housing Payment prior to reserving or selecting a space in a University residence for Fall semester. After serving the purpose of reserving space, the $200 will be applied to the balance of housing fees after the Office of the Bursar begins Fall fee assessment.
