Common use of INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT Clause in Contracts

INITIAL HOUSING PAYMENT. All entering and current Students for Fall must remit a $200 Initial Housing Payment prior to reserving or selecting a space in a University residence for Fall semester. After serving the purpose of reserving space, the $200 will be applied to the balance of housing fees after the Office of the Bursar begins Fall fee assessment. All Students who are not living on campus for Fall must remit a $200Initial Housing Payment prior to reserving or selecting a space in a University residence for Spring semester. After serving the purpose of reserving space, the $200 will be applied to the balance of housing fees after the Office of the Bursar begins Spring fee assessment.
