Initial Improvements. In the Original Lease, the Lessor granted the Lessee the right at Lessee’s expense to construct a Modular, playground and parking lot on the Leased Premises. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ acknowledges that ▇▇▇▇▇▇ is the sole owner of the Modular that was constructed on the Leased Premises.
