Common use of Initial Inspection Clause in Contracts

Initial Inspection. Contractor shall complete an initial inspection and testing of the entire system NO later than ten (10) working days after the award of the Contract. Within that time frame, Contractor will submit to the Inspector a listing of all parts and labor which are required to bring the system into full operation condition. The Inspector may: a. Authorize Contractor to commence work based on the submittal. b. Review the submittal with Contractor and authorize the work based on Major Irrigation Repair Work procedures.
