INITIAL ISSUANCE; INCREASES AND DECREASES OF PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF ISSUER NOTES. For the avoidance of doubt and notwithstanding any other term of this Agreement, this Clause 2 (Initial Issuance; Increases and Decreases of Principal Amount Of Issuer Notes) shall be subject to the terms of the Refinancing Deed of Covenant.
