Common use of Initial Notes Clause in Contracts

Initial Notes. The 9-5/8% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2012, of the same series under the Indenture as the Exchange Notes, for so long as such securities constitute Transfer Restricted Securities.

Initial Notes. The 9-5/87.00% Senior Subordinated Notes due 20122014, of the same series under the Indenture as the Exchange Notes, including any and all Note Guarantees related thereto, for so long as such securities constitute Transfer Restricted Securities.
