Initial Participating Subdivisions Clause Samples
The "Initial Participating Subdivisions" clause defines which specific subdivisions or sections of a larger property or development are included in the agreement from the outset. It typically lists or describes the initial areas that will be subject to the terms, rights, and obligations set forth in the contract, such as those eligible for shared amenities, services, or governance. By clearly identifying these initial subdivisions, the clause ensures clarity regarding which portions of the property are bound by the agreement at the start, thereby preventing disputes over coverage and responsibilities.
