Common use of Initial Period Clause in Contracts

Initial Period. In the event that the Customer terminates this Agreement prior to the expiry of the Initial Period as defined in the relevant Schedule, the Customer shall pay an Early Termination Charge of one hundred percent (100%) of its recurring charges for the remainder of the Initial Term, unless it exercises its right to terminate under clause
