Common use of Initial Phase Clause in Contracts

Initial Phase. Except as otherwise set forth in Section 3.3(b)(iii) below, the initial phase of the Collaboration shall commence on the Effective Date and end four (4) years following the Effective Date (the “Initial Phase”).
