Initial Phase. Clarification phase General Immediately following the conclusion of the Contract, a clarification phase shall be initiated for the purpose of ascertaining whether it is expedient to clarify or supplement the Delivery Description, cf. Appendix 3. Clarification or supplementation of the Delivery Description shall be within the scope of the procurement rules as applicable at any time. To the extent that no agreement can be reached for clarification or supplementation of the Delivery Description and/or other appendices, and the Customer does not wish to exercise its right of withdrawal, cf. clause 4.2, the Delivery Description and the other parts of the Contract shall remain unchanged. The Customer shall notify the Supplier thereof in writing and not later than by the end of the clarification phase. The clarification phase shall be implemented jointly by the Parties in accordance with the time schedule in Appendix 1. The clarification phase shall end when the activities stated in Appendix 1 have been implemented and completed and notification thereof has been submitted in writing by both Parties.
