Initial Press Releases. Each Party may issue its respective press release announcing this Agreement (including certain terms thereof) attached in Exhibit G hereto following the Execution Date. Upon issuance of such initial press release, either Party shall thereafter be free to disclose, without the other Party’s prior written consent, the existence of this Agreement, the identity of the other Party and those terms of the Agreement which have already been publicly disclosed in accordance herewith.
