Initial Principal Amount; Certificate Interest Rate; Scheduled Final Distribution Date; Final Maturity Date. The Certificates of each Tranche shall have the initial principal amount, bear interest at the rates per annum and shall have Scheduled Final Distribution Dates and Final Maturity Dates as set forth below: The Interest Rate of the Certificates shall be computed on the basis of a 360-day year of twelve 30-day months. The Certificates shall be issued in not less than Minimum Denominations.
