Common use of Initial Purchase Order Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchase Order. CYTOGEN shall attach to this Agreement an irrevocable purchase order for [**]% of the Minimum Purchase Commitment for calendar years 2002 and 2003 (the "Initial Purchase Order").
