Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The Company and the Dyersburg Guarantors acknowledge that the statements with respect to the offering of the Series A Notes set forth in the last paragraph of the cover page and the third paragraph and the third sentence of the fourth paragraph under the caption "Plan of Distribution" in the Offering Memorandum constitute the only information relating to any of the Initial Purchasers furnished to the Company in writing by or on behalf of any of the Initial Purchasers expressly for use in the Offering Memorandum.
