Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Purchasers' Information consists solely of the following information in the Preliminary Offering Memorandum and the Offering Memorandum: (i) the last paragraph on the front cover page concerning the terms of the offering by the Initial Purchasers; (ii) the legend on the inside front cover page concerning over-allotment and trading activities by the Initial Purchasers; and (iii) the statements concerning the Initial Purchasers contained in the second sentence of the ninth paragraph, and in the last two paragraphs under the heading "Plan of Distribution".
