Common use of Initial Purchasers' Information Clause in Contracts

Initial Purchasers' Information. The parties hereto acknowledge and agree that, for all purposes of this Agreement, the Initial Purchasers’ Information consists solely of the following information in the Preliminary Offering Circular and the Final Offering Circular: the last sentence on the cover page, the second sentence of the 10th paragraph (regarding the intention to make a market for the Securities) under “Plan of distribution” and the 11th paragraph (regarding over-allotment and stabilizing transactions) under “Plan of distribution”.
