Common use of Initial Request Clause in Contracts

Initial Request. No later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date (unless otherwise specified within Schedule B-1 or agreed to in writing by the Parties), NOVARTIS will provide to LICENSEE, copies of those documents set forth in Section 2.3 of this Schedule (the “Documentation”).
