Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on January 1, 2015, at which time the Agreement For Transportation Service With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller dated January 14, 2014, shall terminate.
