Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on February 1, 2015, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated September 11, 2012, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on February November 1, 20152007, at which time the Service Agreement For Transporation With Firm Gas Standby between Buyer and Seller ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-Lubeca Plastic Containers USA, Inc., dated September 11December 15, 20122000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on February June 1, 20152018, or as soon thereafter as Buyer and Seller have their respective facilities installed, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and .and Seller dated September 11July 26, 20122017, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on February December 1, 20152006, at which time the Agreement for Transportation Service Agreement with Firm Gas Standby between Buyer ▇▇▇▇▇ Farms, Inc., Processing Plant and Seller dated September 11, 2012, shall terminate.

Eastern Time on February December 1, 20152006, at which time the Agreement for Transportation Service Agreement with Firm Gas Standby between Buyer ▇▇▇▇▇ Farms - ▇▇▇▇▇ Broilers, Inc. - Hatchery Division and Seller dated September 11, 2012, shall terminate.
