Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 30, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 1998, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004November 1,2015, at which time the Service Agreement and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated October 30September 12, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 19982006, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas Natural Gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004the effective date of this Agreement, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated October 3014, 1997, 1985 and as amend amended on January 5October 10, 1998 and on January 19, 19981990, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October July 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 30May 25, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 19982000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October November 1, 20042014, at which time the Service Agreement and Transportation Agreements between Buyer and Seller dated October 30May 9, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 19982002, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 20042003, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer Seller and Seller Providence Hospital NE dated October 30March 20, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 1998, 2000 shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October June 1, 2004, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 30April 12, 1997, and as amend on January 5, 1998 and on January 19, 19982000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 8:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October April 1, 20041997, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 30April 2, 1997, 1990 and as amend amended on January 5November 26, 1998 and on January 19, 19981996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004, at which time the #47582 Rev 7/04 Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller SCPC dated October 30March 1, 19971998, and as amend amended on January 5April 1, 1998 and on January 19, 19982000, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. Buyer agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on October 1, 2004November 1,2011, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 30March 17, 1997, and as amend amended on January 5September 25, 1998 and on January 19, 19982006, shall terminate.
