Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1, 2015, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated July 10, 1996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November 1January 5, 20152007, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer ▇▇▇▇ Corporation and Seller dated July 10September 29, 19962004, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November April 1, 20152014, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated July 10, 19962002, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November July 1, 20152012, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated July 10November 18, 19961998, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November April 1, 20152007, at which time the ' 3 Service Agreement between Buyer Saint ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Medical Center and Seller dated July 10December 1, 19962003, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on November April 1, 20152007, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer ▇▇▇▇-▇-▇▇▇▇, Inc. and Seller dated July 10February 6, 19961997, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin purchasing natural gas under the terms and conditions of this Service Agreement at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time Trine on November 1, 20152014, at which time the Service Agreement between Buyer Just Care, Inc., D/B/A Columbia Care Center and Seller dated July 10August 24, 19961998, shall terminate.
