Common use of INITIAL SERVICE Clause in Contracts

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 3, 1997, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013September 1, 2015, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Farms of South Carolina, Inc. and Seller dated October 3December 13, 19971995, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013July 1, 2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer and Seller dated October 3August 28, 19971996, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013January 1, 2014, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer R. E. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company, Inc. and Seller dated October 3, 1997December 16,2013, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013January 1, 2007, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer Safety-Kleen Corp. and Seller dated October 3May 12, 1997, shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013February 1, 2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer R.E. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Company, Inc., South Carolina Division and Seller dated October September 3, 1997, shall 1996,shall terminate.

INITIAL SERVICE. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to begin transporting gas for Buyer at 10:00 A.M. Eastern Time on August 1,2013December 1, 2013, at which time the Transportation Agreement between Buyer ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Industries Die Casting LLC and Seller dated October 3, 1997February 1,2013, shall terminate.
