Common use of Initial Services Clause in Contracts

Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable term determined pursuant to Section 2.7 hereof, the following "Initial Services" shall be provided by CenterPoint or other Providing Company with respect to a Service to Genco or other Receiving Company with respect to a Service: (i) Corporate Center Services; (ii) Information Technology Services; and
