Common use of Initial Services Clause in Contracts

Initial Services. Except as otherwise provided herein, during the applicable Service Period, each Provider agrees to provide, or with respect to any service to be provided by an Affiliate of such Provider, to cause such Affiliate to provide, to the Recipient, or with respect to any service to be provided to an Affiliate of the Recipient, to such Affiliate, the services that have been provided by the Provider and/or its Affiliates to the Recipient or its Affiliates (the “Initial Services”), including but not limited to the services set forth on Schedule 1 (together with other Schedule(s) to this Agreement, the “Schedules”) annexed hereto.
