Common use of Initial Software Clause in Contracts

Initial Software. The table on Exhibit A attached hereto sets forth the aggregate invoice amounts for initial annual maintenance fees for each Software module initially licensed, and for all Software modules initially licensed in the aggregate. Licensee shall be required to submit a purchase order for this Agreement, in the amount of the initial annual maintenance fees due hereunder, simultaneously with Licensee’s submission of its purchase order for the license of the Software under the ▇▇▇▇.
