Common use of Initial Stock Option Clause in Contracts

Initial Stock Option. The Company granted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ options to purchase Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand (750,000) Shares of Common Stock in the Company on the Employment Date ("Grant Date"). The price for said shares shall be the shares' public market price on the Grant Date (or as otherwise dictated by law or SEC rules). The right to exercise options for Five Hundred Thousand (500,000) Shares will vest upon the Grant Date and the right to exercise options on the remaining Two Hundred Fifty Thousand (250,000) Shares will vest on the first anniversary of the Grant Date and in accordance with a Stock Option Agreement between ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and the Company.
