Initial Sub-Phases. The “Initial Sub-Phases” are Sub-Phases CP-01, CP-02, CP-03, CP-04, and CP-05 (which include all real property necessary to Complete the Infrastructure for the ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Replacement Projects). Developer shall submit Sub-Phase Applications for the Initial Sub-Phases on or before the applicable Outside Dates. If Developer submits a Sub-Phase Application covering additional portions of the Initial Major Phase at the same time that it submits the Sub-Phase Application for the Initial Sub-Phases, the Agency agrees that it will review and consider the two (2) Applications at the same time.
