Common use of Initial Term and Renewal Term Clause in Contracts

Initial Term and Renewal Term. Unless sooner terminated in accordance with Section 19(b) or (c), the initial term of this Agreement shall be two (2) years and thereafter this Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one year periods (such initial term and renewal terms collectively referred to herein as the “Term”).
