Initial Term and Renewal Terms. The Initial Term of this Agreement shall commence on the Contract Effective Date and end on the last day of the Initial Term as set forth in the applicable Order Form under “Service Quote.” The Agreement shall automatically renew for successive one-year periods (each a “Renewal Term”). Either Party shall have the right not to renew, provided that the other Party is notified in writing at least sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or each Renewal Term.
