Initial Term; Renewal Terms. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence as of the Effective Date and continue until June 8, 2024. Thereafter, this Agreement shall renew for successive one-year renewal terms on an annual basis. Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving the other party thirty (30) days’ prior written notice.
