Common use of INITIAL TERMS Clause in Contracts

INITIAL TERMS. I/We authorise Debitsuccess Limited (620358) to make periodic debits on behalf of the “Facility” as indicated on DDR Authorisation Form (herein referred to as the Facility). I/We acknowledge that if specified by the Facility, in addition to the agreed periodic debits set out in the DDR Authorisation Form, administration/setup, variation, dishonour, SMS or processing fees may also apply and be debited under the DDR as instructed by the Facility. We acknowledge that Debitsuccess’ administration/setup fee and its reversal fees (as indicated in the DDR Authorisation Form) may also apply and be debited under the DDR.
