Initial Training Clause Samples

The Initial Training clause establishes the requirement for providing training to individuals at the outset of their involvement with a particular role, service, or system. Typically, this clause outlines who is responsible for delivering the training, the topics or skills to be covered, and the timeframe within which the training must be completed. Its core practical function is to ensure that all relevant personnel are adequately prepared and informed before commencing their duties, thereby reducing the risk of errors and promoting compliance with necessary standards or procedures.
