Common use of Initial Units Clause in Contracts

Initial Units. On the basis of the representations and warranties herein contained and subject to the terms and conditions herein set forth, the Partnership agrees to sell to the Underwriter and the Underwriter agrees to purchase from the Partnership at the price per unit set forth in Schedule A, the Initial Units.
