Initial Working Capital. Owner shall, by a date reasonably in advance of the Opening Date and reasonably acceptable to Manager and Owner, provide Manager with sufficient initial working capital to commence Hotel operations and sufficient working capital or reserves as may be required by the Gaming Authorities and lenders or mortgagees to commence Casino operations and such sufficient additional Casino working capital as may be adequate to meet the needs of the table betting limits appropriate to the Casino operations (collectively, the “Reserves”).
