INITIALS. In the event there is damage to the Event Complex or its amenities, City of Deadwood or its appointed agent will notify the undersigned user of the nature and extent of the damage. City of Deadwood will provide an appraisal of the repair or replacement within 30 days of the event. Refund will be discussed at the next event committee meeting, which is the last Thursday of each month. If approved, refund will be issued after the City Commission meeting on the 1st or 3rd Monday of each month. The user will be billed for any amount that exceeds the damage/cleaning deposit.
