Common use of Initiating Interconnection Clause in Contracts

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network to be established in the relevant LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency GNAPS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency GNAPS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network GNAPS-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyGNAPS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyGNAPS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyGNAPS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment4.1, Verizon and Emergency GNAPS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in -IP(s), the new LATA GNAPS-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ENT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ENT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyENT’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyENT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyENT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ENT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Covista determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Covista shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCovista’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCovista’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCovista’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Covista shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CBB determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CBB shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCBB’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCBB’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCBB’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CBB shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency WCS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency WCS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyWCS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyWCS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyWCS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency WCS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency PNG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency PNG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyPNG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyPNG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyPNG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency PNG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CSTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CSTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCSTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCSTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCSTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CSTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency iNetworks determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency iNetworks shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s iNetworks’ intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s iNetworks’ trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s iNetworks’ notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency iNetworks shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Wide Voice determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Wide Voice shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyWide Voice’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyWide Voice’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyWide Voice’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Wide Voice shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Global Link determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Global Link shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyGlobal Link’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyGlobal Link’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyGlobal Link’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Global Link shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Ygnition determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Ygnition shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyYgnition’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyYgnition’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyYgnition’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Ygnition shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency VNCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency VNCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyVNCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyVNCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyVNCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency VNCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Connectel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Connectel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyConnectel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyConnectel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyConnectel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Connectel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency KDL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency KDL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyKDL’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyKDL’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyKDL’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency KDL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Ymax determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Ymax shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyYmax’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyYmax’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency▇▇▇▇’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Ymax shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Cost Plus determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Cost Plus shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCost Plus’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCost Plus’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCost Plus’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Cost Plus shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyBLC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency BLC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NexGen determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NexGen shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNexGen’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNexGen’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNexGen’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency NexGen shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Voxbeam determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Voxbeam shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyVoxbeam’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyVoxbeam’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyVoxbeam’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Voxbeam shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CTT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CTT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCTT’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCTT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCTT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CTT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency New Horizons determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency New Horizons shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNew Horizons’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNew Horizons’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNew Horizons’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency New Horizons shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ECI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ECI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyECI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyECI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyECI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ECI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency PW determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency PW shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyPW’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyPW’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyPW’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency PW shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency MCIm determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency MCIm shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMCIm’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMCIm’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMCIm’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MCIm shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Princeton determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Princeton shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyPrinceton’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyPrinceton’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyPrinceton’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Princeton shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency API determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency API shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyAPI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyAPI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyAPI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency API shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNL’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNL’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNL’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency NL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency TNCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency TNCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyTNCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyTNCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyTNCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency TNCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Northstar determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Northstar shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNorthstar’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNorthstar’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNorthstar’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Northstar shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CCA determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CCA shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCCA’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCCA’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCCA’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CCA shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency MLTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency MLTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMLTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMLTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMLTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MLTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency MHT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency MHT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMHT’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMHT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMHT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MHT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Ymax determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Ymax shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyYmax’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyYmax’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyYmax’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Ymax shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ATI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ATI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyATI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyATI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyATI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ATI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Navtel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Navtel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNavtel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNavtel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNavtel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Navtel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Globetel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Globetel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyGlobetel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyGlobetel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyGlobetel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Globetel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency GCTC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency GCTC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyGCTC’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyGCTC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyGCTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency GCTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Citrix determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Citrix shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCitrix’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCitrix’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCitrix’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Citrix shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency LNS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency LNS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyLNS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyLNS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyLNS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency LNS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency WiMacTel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency WiMacTel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyWiMacTel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyWiMacTel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyWiMacTel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency WiMacTel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency One Voice determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency One Voice shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyOne Voice’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyOne Voice’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’s receipt of the EmergencyOne Voice’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency One Voice shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Airus determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Airus shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyAirus’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyAirus’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyAirus’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Airus shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NHC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NHC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNHC’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNHC’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNHC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency NHC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNew ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNew ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNew ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency New ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Telephone shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency SLT determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency SLT shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencySLT’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencySLT’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencySLT’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency SLT shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NLG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NLG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNLG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNLG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNLG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency NLG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Prospeed determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Prospeed shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyProspeed’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyProspeed’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyProspeed’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Prospeed shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Hypercube determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Hypercube shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyHypercube’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyHypercube’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyHypercube’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Hypercube shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Threshold determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Threshold shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyThreshold’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyThreshold’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyThreshold’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Threshold shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency MMG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency MMG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMMG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMMG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMMG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MMG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency BCN determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency BCN shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyBCN’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyBCN’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyBCN’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency BCN shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Slt determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Slt shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s Slt s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s trunking requirements Slt s trunkingerquirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of the Emergency’s Slt s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Slt shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency InteleTel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency InteleTel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyInteleTel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyInteleTel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyInteleTel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency InteleTel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Syniverse determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Syniverse shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencySyniverse’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencySyniverse’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencySyniverse’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Syniverse shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Bandwidth determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Bandwidth shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyBandwidth’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyBandwidth’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyBandwidth’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Bandwidth shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Dynalink determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Dynalink shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyDynalink’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyDynalink’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyDynalink’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Dynalink shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency D-Max determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency D-Max shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyD-Max’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyD-Max’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyD-Max’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency D-Max shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency MMG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency MMG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMMG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMMG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMMG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MMG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Hello Depot determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Hello Depot shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyHello Depot’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyHello Depot’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyHello Depot’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Hello Depot shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency InterGlobe determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency InterGlobe shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyInterGlobe’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyInterGlobe’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyInterGlobe’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency InterGlobe shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CBB determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Exchange 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCBB’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCBB’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCBB’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CBB shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Teliax determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Teliax shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyTeliax’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyTeliax’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyTeliax’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Teliax shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Covista determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Covista shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌ 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCovista’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCovista’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCovista’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Covista shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Onvoy determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Onvoy shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyOnvoy’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyOnvoy’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyOnvoy’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Onvoy shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Shelcomm determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Shelcomm shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyShelcomm’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyShelcomm’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyShelcomm’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Shelcomm shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ▇▇▇ determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ▇▇▇ shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s ▇▇▇’▇ intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s ▇▇▇’▇ trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s ▇▇▇’▇ notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ▇▇▇ shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Northstar determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Northstar shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNorthstar’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNorthstar’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNorthstar’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Northstar shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ▇▇▇▇ Tell determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency▇▇▇▇ Tell’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency▇▇▇▇ Tell’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency▇▇▇▇ Tell’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ▇▇▇▇ Tell shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Windstream determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Windstream shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyWindstream’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyWindstream’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyWindstream’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Windstream shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency dishNet determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency dishNet shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencydishNet’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencydishNet’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencydishNet’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency dishNet shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency QuantumShift determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency QuantumShift shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyQuantumShift’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyQuantumShift’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyQuantumShift’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency QuantumShift shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Denali determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Denali shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network to be established in the relevant LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyDenali’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyDenali’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyDenali’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Denali shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Smartrak determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Smartrak shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencySmartrak’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencySmartrak’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencySmartrak’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Smartrak shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency TQCI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency TQCI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyTQCI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyTQCI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyTQCI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency TQCI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NHC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NHC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s NHC s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s NHC s trunking requirements rqeuirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of the Emergency’s NHC s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency NHC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency PNG determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency PNG shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyPNG’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyPNG’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyPNG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency PNG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Nettalk determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Nettalk shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNettalk’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNettalk’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNettalk’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Nettalk shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency BUL determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency BUL shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on VerizonVedzon's network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s BUL's intended Interconnection activation activation 4.3 date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s BUL'e trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 . The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s 's receipt of the Emergency’s BUL's notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency BUL shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in the new LATA LATA. and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.Transmission and Routing of Telephone Exchange Service Traffic

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Telrite determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Telrite shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyTelrite’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyTelrite’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyTelrite’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Telrite shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency BLC determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency BLC shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s BLC s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of Emergency’s BLC s trunking requirements reqiurements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s Verizon s receipt of the Emergency’s BLC s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency BLC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's Verizon s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CPV determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CPV shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCPV’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCPV’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCPV’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CPV shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Synergem determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Synergem shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencySynergem’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencySynergem’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencySynergem’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Synergem shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Mosaic determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Mosaic shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyMosaic’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMosaic’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMosaic’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Mosaic shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Comcast determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Comcast shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyComcast’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyComcast’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyComcast’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Comcast shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency North Atlantic determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency North Atlantic shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNorth Atlantic’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNorth Atlantic’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNorth Atlantic’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency North Atlantic shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Lightcore determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Lightcore shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyLightcore’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyLightcore’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyLightcore’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Lightcore shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency EMW determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency EMW shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network to be established in the relevant LATA, in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyEMW’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyEMW’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection.; and (f) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyEMW’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency EMW shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency ECI determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services‌ and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ECI shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyECI’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyECI’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyECI’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ECI shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency McGraw determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) Emergency’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyMcGraw’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the Emergency’s ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyPEG’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency PEG shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyMTC’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency MTC shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency TWCIS determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency TWCIS shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyTWCIS’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyTWCIS’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyTWCIS’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency TWCIS shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency NOW Communications, Inc. determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency NOW Communications, Inc. shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's network NOW Communications, Inc.-IPs to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyNOW Communications, Inc.’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyNOW Communications, Inc.’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment14.3; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyNOW Communications, Inc.’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of this Attachment4.1, Verizon and Emergency NOW Communications, Inc. shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's network in -IP(s), the new LATA NOW Communications, Inc.-IP(s) and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency Selectel determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency Selectel shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencySelectel’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencySelectel’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencySelectel’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency Selectel shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.

Initiating Interconnection. ‌ 4.1 If Emergency CBAD determines to offer Telephone Exchange Services and to interconnect with Verizon in any LATA in which Verizon also offers Telephone Exchange Services, Services and in which the Parties are not already interconnected pursuant to this Agreement, Emergency CBAD shall provide written notice to Verizon of the need to establish Interconnection in such LATA pursuant to this Agreement.‌Agreement. 4.2 The notice provided in Section 4.1 of this Attachment shall include (a) the initial Routing Point(s); (b) the applicable technically feasible Point(s) of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network to be established in the relevant LATA, LATA in accordance with this Agreement; (c) EmergencyCBAD’s intended Interconnection activation date; and (d) a forecast of EmergencyCBAD’s trunking requirements conforming to Section 14.2 of this Attachment; and (e) such other information as Verizon shall reasonably request in order to facilitate Interconnection. 4.3 The Interconnection interconnection activation date in the new LATA shall be mutually agreed to by the Parties after receipt by Verizon of all necessary information as indicated above. Within ten (10) Business Days of Verizon’s receipt of the EmergencyCBAD’s notice provided for in Section 4.1 of 4.1of this Attachment, Verizon and Emergency CBAD shall confirm the technically feasible Point of Interconnection on Verizon's ’s network in the new LATA and the mutually agreed upon Interconnection activation date for the new LATA.
