Initiating Services Clause Samples

The 'Initiating Services' clause defines the conditions and procedures under which a service provider will begin delivering agreed-upon services to a client. Typically, this clause outlines prerequisites such as the execution of a contract, receipt of an initial payment, or provision of necessary information by the client before services commence. By clearly specifying when and how services will start, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings and ensures both parties are aligned on the commencement of obligations.
